In connection with the implementation of the project No. RPKP.01.02.01-04-0033 / 17, we ask you to present an offer for the supply of ECG electrodes tester in accordance with the parameters.

Order description.
Purpose of the order.
The purpose of the order is to select and supply laboratory equipment (ECG electrodes tester) necessary for the proper operation of the Sorimex research and development center.
Ordered object.
Delivery of the following laboratory equipment in accordance with the parameters:
Disposable ECG electrodes tester:
1. performing the following electrical tests in accordance with the ANSI/AAMI EC12:2000/(R)2010 standard:
4.2.2.1 10Hz Impedance (ACZ)
4.2.2.2 DC Offset Voltage (DCO)
4.2.2.3 Offset Instability and Internal Noise (NOISE)
4.2.2.4 Standardized Defibrillation Overload Recovery (SDR)
4.2.2.5 Bias Current DC Offset (BIAS).
- configured to perform testing of 4 electrode pairs simultaneously
- equipment and laptop with software installed and verified, ready to carry out the tests
- equipped in calibration device
The supplier will provide a minimum warranty of 12 months, user manual.

- Additional conditions
1.1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the offer procedure without giving a reason;
1.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to include an offer that has the characteristics of "grossly low price";
1.3. Partial offers are not allowed.
The submitted offers must refer to all technical parameters presented in the inquiry and include data enabling evaluation of the offers, according to the evaluation criteria.
- Offer evaluation – ECG electrodes tester.
The ordering party will select the most advantageous offer that meets the conditions set out in the request for proposal. To accept the offer for evaluation it is necessary for the Bidder to provide all the elements and parameters necessary to evaluate the offer according to individual criteria.
The maximum number of points to get is 100 points. Obtained grades will be rounded to the nearest two decimal places. The contracting authority will award a contract for the contractor whose offer will meet all the conditions and requirements and will receive the largest sum of points.
2.1. Disposable ECG electrodes tester
When choosing the offer, the ordering party will be guided by the following criteria:
2.1.1. Net offer price; the way of awarding points: an assessment based on an offer form
C = the lowest net price / price of the examined offer x 90 points
2.1.2. Warranty period (in months) on the subject of the offer; the way of awarding points:
an assessment based on an offer form
G = warranty period from the examined offer / maximum warranty period x 10 points
Points calculated in a given criteria will be added to each other:
P = C + G
